Southern Pines Citations Are Not Alike
A town parking ticket and an NC Uniform Citation do not create the same type of record. Southern Pines lists a separate $15 civil payment for a local parking ticket. That payment should not be read as a criminal conviction, a District Court disposition, or proof that a uniform criminal or traffic citation was issued.
